Blake Hamiltonassociate
Blake Hamilton’s practice of law primarily involves civil litigation. He is admitted to practice in the State of Utah and the United States District Court for the District of Utah. Prior to joining Stirba & Associates Mr. Hamilton was an associate attorney at the Ogden law firm of Smith Knowles P.C. While with Smith Knowles Mr. Hamilton’s primary practice emphasized in real estate, construction, and commercial litigation.
Mr. Hamilton is a graduate of Gonzaga University where he received his Law Degree as well as his Masters in Business Administration. During his time at Gonzaga Mr. Hamilton was selected to the Moot Court Council where he was elected and served as President. He also represented the school in regional competitions including being selected as a member of the school’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition Team and representing the school in the ABA/LSD Negotiations Competition.
