While at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, Carrie was the Executive Editor of the Journal of Law and Family Studies and, as a staff member, published the Note: “Parents Kidnap Their Own Child: The Parker Jensen Story.” She received the College of Law Academic Excellence Award, CALI, in Judicial Process, and the Outstanding Achievement Award in Constitutional Law. Carrie also received the Reva Beck Bosone Writing Competition Scholarship, for her essay on Women in Politics. She served as the Women’s Law Caucus President and the Student Body Association Alumni Relations Coordinator.
Before joining Stirba & Associates, Carrie served as a law clerk for the Tax and Revenue Department of the Attorney General’s Office and a law clerk under the Honorable Judith Atherton. She became a member of Stirba & Associates as a second year law student.
