Mr. Anderson’s practice of law primarily involves civil litigation and white-collar criminal defense in both state and federal court. A more specific labeling of Mr. Anderson’s practice areas would include municipal entity defense, health care law including general physician defense and licensing matters, general licensing matters before the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL) boards, and defending clients charged with various white-collar crimes.
