The United States Supreme Court has today granted certiorari in Pearson, Cordell, et al. v. Callahan, Afton. The case will address the “consent once removed,” issue and also whether the Court’s decision in Saucier v. Katz, 533 U.S. 194 (2001) [involving the issue of “qualified immunity”], should be overruled. Peter Stirba will argue for Petitioner.
